Return Exchange Policy
At Fixona, we offer size exchanges and damaged/broken product exchanges only.
We do not provide refunds, product exchanges, or color exchanges under any circumstances.
Exchange Request Timeline
If the product does not fit or arrives damaged, you must raise an exchange request by emailing support@fixona.in within 48 hours of successful delivery.
Exchange Guidelines

Only one exchange is permitted per order

The product must be self-shipped by the customer within 24–48 hours of delivery to maintain hygiene standards

Shipping charges for exchange must be borne by the customer

All items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in original packaging

Once received, the product will undergo a quality inspection
If the item fails the quality check, the exchange will be declined, and the same item will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
Size Unavailability
If the requested size is unavailable in the same product:

A store credit voucher will be issued
-
Voucher validity: 12 months from the date of issuance

Voucher can be used only on fixona.in
Damaged or Defective Products
For damaged or defective items:

Clear photos or unboxing videos must be shared within 24 hours of delivery

A replacement of the same product will be dispatched after verification
Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange or return:

Free-size items
-
Swimwear, bodysuits, loungewear, and lingerie (for hygiene reasons)

Sale or discounted items
Important Conditions

Shipping charges are non-refundable

Returned items remain the customer’s responsibility until received at our warehouse

Items not received by Fixona will be treated as not returned

No refunds are provided under any circumstances
Exchange Requests Will Not Be Accepted If:
Fixona reserves the right to decline exchange requests in the following cases:

Request raised after the allowed time window

Returned item is not purchased from Fixona

Item falls under non-exchangeable categories

Item is returned without prior approval

Item shows signs of use, damage, or stains (makeup, perfume, deodorant, washing marks, odors, etc.)

Product is returned in poor or improper packaging (e.g., tape applied directly to the product)
What Is Not Considered a Defect
The following will not qualify as a valid reason for exchange:

Minor color variations due to lighting or screen differences

Minor design or print variations
-
Size variation within ±3 cm

Loose threads, crease marks, or minor finishing issues

Self-inflicted damage during trial

Personal preference or dissatisfaction

Size unavailability at the time of order placement
